Highway with bike lane along the main carriageway. Moderate traffic (at least the day I was here in Dec 2022). Offers a couple of views onto the sea, also the occasional fishing boat propped up on the side of the road. Connects Oucun (in the north) to Tanmen Town (in the south). Great segment on a tour along the east side of Hainan island.
