-Replacement for the previous bridge from 1964, which was severely damaged during the 2013 flood and could only be used to a limited extent
-The district road K 9316 is part of the route and detour concept of the nearby Volkswagen plant in Zwickau and serves as an important feeder
- The spans of the two-span cable-stayed bridge are 35.50 m and 55.50 m
-A striking, 34 m high pylon carries the 15 m wide roadway slab suspended from 24 HDPE-coated stay cables
