Maisan Mountain is famous for its Tapsa Temple, but Eunsusa Temple was founded much earlier. Within the precincts, there is a colony of Maisan perpendicular trees and a green pear tree that King Taejo of the Joseon Dynasty planted after praying for the founding of the nation.
There are two types of natural monuments. If you look at Eunsusa Temple from the front, it is located with Sutmaibong Peak in the background.
