You can park nearby and from there take beautiful cycling routes over the Strabrechtse heath and the many other beautiful paths and roads that are available in abundance. Unfortunately, the heath itself often looks dead, but there is plenty of other beauty to see. The shepherd or shepherdess regularly makes rounds across the heath with a large flock of sheep. In November at the larger fens a little further away you have a chance of spotting cranes. If it is really quiet and you are in this area very early, there is a good chance that you will see deer. But not only cyclists but also walkers can indulge themselves.
