The Via romana del Capsacosta is an ancient Roman road between Pas dels Traginers in Vall de Bianya and Sant Pau Vell in Sant Pau de Segúries passing through the Capsacosta pass. It is declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest. It is a section of the Via Ànnia that connected Rosselló with the Empordà passing through the Vallespir and the Coll d'Ares as a variant of the Via Augusta.
