The Torres de la Pedriza are one of the most characteristic formations of the Sierra de Guadarrama. It is a set of sharp granite peaks that rise to an altitude of 2029 meters. Although the integral route of La Pedriza does not visit the upper part of them, it is possible to access it by making short climbs. From above there is a spectacular view of the Santillana reservoir and the valley of the Ventana stream.

Amazing, stunning views. Although it look harsh, but its not, quite easy to accomplish, rock surface is rough what awoiding possibility to slip, there are paths, so no rock climbing required, no any special equipment needed, even light hiking shoes can do the job. If you are without expiriance just go slow and watch the steps, after and around of every massive rocks are actually hiking path, although sometimes path taking under rocks or squiz in between rocks, but again is just for more fun.
