The remains of the Orbaizeta weapons factory remind us that the main military industrial centre in the north of Spain was established here. It is located in a leafy and hidden corner of the Irati Forest.
Just above the factory, in a house-farmhouse, there is what is said to be the best sheep's cheese in the area, which can be tasted and sold.
