The Bear Creek Wildlife Management Area encompasses much of the land near the Helmet and Sphinx Mountain, two of the most iconic peaks in the Madison Range. These peaks can be climbed from the trailhead near here, while the Lake Cameron Trail explores the land to the north, ending at Lake Cameron.
