Hiking

Previously, the ponds were breeding ponds for aquatic plants. Limburgs Landschap had the ponds redesigned to create more natural value. This resulted in a small pond complex with marsh zones and natural transitions. Wide reed beds that are very popular with birds now grow along the banks. In addition to the ponds, you will also find large areas of moist forests in this nature reserve.
