Rani Mahal or Ranighat Palace is a historic Rana palace located on the banks of Kali Gandaki River in Palpa district of Nepal. This palace was constructed by General Khadga Shamsher Jung Bahadur Rana in 1893-1897 to commemorate his late wife Tej Kumari Devi. He gave it the name Rani Mahal, that translates fittingly to Queen's Palace. He moved with his family to India in 1902 and by negligence, the palace fell to ruins.

In 2017, the Government of Nepal restored the palace to its original state and set up a museum in the building. To increase the tourism in the area, a new road was also constructed along the bank of Brangdi River.

Rani Mahal is a hidden gem in the southern foothills of Nepal and popularly known as Taj Mahal of Nepal.
