Moel Famau is the highest point in the Clwydian Hills at 554m. It's a great running summit with good trails and far-reaching views. The ascent isn't very steep but it's quite a long climb so it can feel tough, it's fun to run back down though!
The summit has a trig point, and the Jubilee Tower which was built to commemorate the golden jubilee of King George III in 1810. The tower was never completed, and a storm blew it down in 1865, it was further demolished for safety reasons.

Excellent hill, goes in all conditions, pretty much.
      Can be very busy.
