Sometimes known as Gunard's Head Beach, Treen Cove is accessed by a rocky scramble, worth it if you sure footed.
Its quiet golden sands are uncovered at low tide and its a wonderful place for a swim in Cornwall's famed turquoise waters. Dogs are allowed on the beach here at all times so it makes for a great mid-hike stop if you're with a four legged friend.
