It was created in 2011 thanks to winning the competition entitled "Improvement of the tourist and cultural infrastructure of the Iwonicz-Zdrój Health Resort" carried out by the Architectural Design Studio "Architraw". The building's appearance refers to Art Nouveau architecture. It is located between the ski jumps, disappearing into the slope. It has been covered with moss and lichens, and climbing plants also twine around it. The amphitheater has a conference room and facilities for winter sports enthusiasts. Next to the complex, there are football and tennis fields.
