Built for a motorway connection to the A61. By a lawsuit with residents, the whole thing has been delayed so long that now the need for the connection I existed more. Possibly. In 2030 it will be used for a bypass.

BAP performed in front of 1500 spectators on June 15, 2001. That remains unforgettable!

The so-called "So-Da Bridge" spans a dirt road near Euskirchen near the villages of Elsig and Frauenberg. It was originally part of the planned Autobahn 56, which was never built. The bridge gained fame in 2001 when it served the Kölschrock band BAP as a record cover for their album "Aff un zo".
