For 42 years there is a bridge between Elsig and Frauenberg in the district of Euskirchen. A vehicle has never driven over it. Originally it was once thought to be part of the planned A56 - but it did not come. This is the eight-meter-high, gray block here in the middle of nowhere. And costs the state every year money.
