The own products from the alpine dairy, alpine and agriculture are processed directly in the Mitellalp mountain hut. This results in tasty soups, hearty hot and cold dishes and above all hearty snacks. The Senner's pride and joy is of course the handmade mountain cheese.

If you want to visit Mittelalp anyway, you should definitely book the cheese tour in the Walserhaus. On the way to the alp, the nice mountain guide, whose name I unfortunately no longer remember, already provides valuable tips and hiking highlights.
