The Doost near Wilchenreuth: A wild and romantic valley with many polished granite rocks and legends. In the direction of the raft, in a narrow forest ravine, there is a dark wood with roaring water, which falls through moss-covered and lying stone blocks, called the Tost. It is a horrible, wild, romantic wilderness. Because of the devil's churn, various legends are in circulation, the devil would have milked the cows in the open field, and would have buttered up in the doost, when one day his churn was contaminated, he got angry and pierced the bottom of the keg. Legend has it that the devil here had his churn, where he churned after every hunt. However, one day, when his stirrer, which he had forgotten there, was stolen from him and the butter churn was contaminated, he became so angry that he pierced the bottom of the barrel and has since left the area, without knowing whatsoever.
