The Delfo and Agostino Coda refuge, from the Biella area, is located on the border with the Aosta valley. It can be reached both from Oropa (Biella) and from Pian Coumarial (Fontainemore) in the Lys valley. Having tried to climb from both sides, this last solution, i.e. from the Aosta Valley side, is certainly the most feasible and within everyone's reach. The climb from the Biella area has technical sections with a lateral fixed rope.
