Road cycling
The street in the west of List is characterized by its history within a former Bundeswehr troops area. Armor plates lined up, path damage was repaired with asphalt and the cyclist is constantly looking for an ideal line. A comfortable saddle or a padded cycling pants alleviate the worst pain. For road cyclists an extremely unpleasant track.

Road cycling
The road surface is a horror for RRs, as it is made of old concrete armor plates and is more of a patchwork. The approx. 4 km lead through the breathtakingly beautiful nature reserve (entry strictly prohibited), past the shifting dunes and right through the heathland of the north of the island. There is still relatively little traffic, especially in the morning hours. From the west beach, the road is again well paved and it is possible to switch to the cycle path alongside the road.
