Great view of the Gutach Valley. Don't miss the tour from Staude to Rappenfelsen, on via Schlossfelsen, Feierabendfelsen and an alpine path to the Windeckfelsen and down to Hornberg.

At home in the region, with local knowledge, I thought I knew the outstanding highlights of the area. Not at all, because I hadn't known the Windeckfelsen up to now. A mistake! How nice it is to find, explore and marvel at new places worth seeing. The Windeckfelsen are fascinating stone monuments that you would not expect here on this scale. In addition, a Vesper hut with picnic benches make this hill the perfect destination for a hike.
