The Cathedral of Saint Barbara (Czech: Chrám svaté Barbory) in Kutná Hora in the Czech Republic is considered one of the most extraordinary Gothic church buildings in Central Europe. It is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Construction began in 1388, but construction was interrupted several times. It rested for more than 60 years until 1482 as a result of the Hussite wars. In 1588 the work had to be stopped due to lack of money. The construction was completed with a temporary partition wall. The final construction phase then followed between 1884 and 1905.

The cathedral houses valuable art treasures from various stylistic epochs, including an altar by the master of the Trinity altar, which was created around 1480, numerous statues and murals and Gothic choir stalls preserved in the original.

The nave of the church is a five-nave gallery hall; this merges into a choir with an ambulatory, which closes in 15 sides of a 28-corner and looks almost rounded on the outside. The exterior is determined by rich buttresses.
