El Madero beach is in Liencres, on the Costa Quebrada. You have to get to it on foot, as the road does not reach it. You have to be aware of the tides. At high tide the water completely covers the sand and there is no lifeguard station, but for that reason it is not a crowded beach and retains much of its natural charm.
