Hiking

The Hans-Wödl-Hütte is idyllically situated on the small Hüttensee, very close to the Styrian Bodensee in the Schladminger Tauern. This is only about an hour's walk away. The Obersee can also be reached from here. This magnificent three-lake hike is ideal for a day trip. But also as a starting point for high alpine tours, such as on the Hochwildstelle (2,747 m) or the mountain trail to Planai (1,846 m), the hut is very well suited.
