Located directly on the Kyll:
The factory building from 1903 onwards now forms the northern part of the complex.
Two two-storey brick shells of different widths flank a central, flat-roofed hall with a gabled façade, the façade of which is clad in sandstone; the central axis is marked by a flat pediment.
There are large segment arch windows with original iron struts on all components.
Inside the middle hall, the equipment for pulling the pipes from the early days has been preserved and is still in use today.
A large warehouse was built south of the factory in the 1930s, the exterior of which matches the middle part of the old factory building.
The facility also includes a round brick factory chimney, the hydroelectric power plant with a generator to drive the transmissions and a two-arched stone bridge that leads over the mill race to the former mill.
The building and the factory chimney are industrial monuments.
