Plaza Tutti Frutti is a fairly large square lined with numerous bars and is the main nightlife center in Nerja. In 2007/2008 the course underwent an extensive renovation. During the day the place is relatively quiet. At one end there is now a bar open for tapas during the day, El Ancla, and at the other end is The Dubliner, also open during the day and evening. At night, especially in summer and on weekends, it gets very crowded and lasts until the early hours.
