The Uferweg on the Lauter, below the remains of the city fortifications of Wissembourg, leads through the so-called Grabenloch, today a well-kept park, the western entrance to the center ville (at the Hausgenossenturm Faubourg de Bitche) with the southern (at the former Hagenauer Tor on the today Rue du Général Leclerc).

Really highly recommended. Les Guilvinistes described it aptly.
Cyclists are tolerated. But the path is very narrow. Consideration for the sometimes numerous walkers is required.
I was there on a sunny Sunday and pushed the bike. This meant I could enjoy the wonderful path better.
