Opened in 1997, it facilitates access to the Deusto district from Plaça del Sagrado Corazón. Its most emblematic element is a 45-meter-high lighting tower. This viaduct, which allows the transit of vehicles and pedestrians and has bike lanes, is used daily by about 40,000 vehicles. Its name is taken from the old shipyards located in the same place and closed at the end of the 80s, a name that it also shares with the Euskalduna Conference and Music Palace located at one end.
