Cement has been produced at the Lägerdorf site for over 150 years. Other employees of the Holcim Germany Group work on the Holcim (Deutschland) GmbH factory premises - for example from the areas of purchasing, human resources, aggregates, geocycle, real estate or concrete technology.
At the end of 2015, a total of around 300 people (including over 30 trainees) were working directly at Holcim
employed in Lägerdorf. This makes Lägerdorf the oldest and at the same time the largest location of the Holcim Germany Group.
