The Gerhagen pond remains a beautiful spot with the bridge and the walk you can do around it. In addition to normal benches, there are also benches with tables where you can have a picnic. Before the new building was there it seemed calmer and quieter to me, but now it is of course also a place for social contacts. You can reach it in several ways, the trolley path is one option. There is also a parking lot.

Hiking

The bridge over the Gerhagenvijver (fish pond) was once a favorite spot for the children during our many walks in Gerhagen. Now that they have grown up, I like to stand in the middle of them again when it is not too busy to gaze at the water and the beautiful surroundings and to dream away in the silence of the area. Especially if there are waterfowl also nice for the walker with nature and animal loving children - but be quiet :)
