The hermitage of Santa Magdalena is of Romanesque origin although over time it has undergone modifications. It was built around 1231. In 1304 a small community of Augustinian nuns settled here, who had their headquarters here until 1450. From then until 1960, the hermitage remained in the care of hermits, until the Carmelite cloister was moved Vic's barefoot
