Church of The Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Sobieradz was built at the end of the 13th century by the Cistercians - the medieval owners of this village. It is a hall structure, rectangular in shape, without a tower and a choir, built of granite squares. During the reconstruction in the nineteenth century, a tower was added on a rectangular plan made of stone and brick, the windows and the southern portal were rebuilt, so that the temple lost its original style and appearance. The old equipment has not survived, the present one comes from the 19th century. The church square - the former cemetery - is surrounded by a stone wall with two stone gates from the 14th century.
