If I just look at the various deforestations, destroyed paths by heavy equipment and the monoculture at the aforementioned point, the forestry is probably even the cause of the damage. It is designated as a nature reserve.

Here on the Lienerberg in August 2018, the consequences of the storm depression Friederike can still be clearly seen. As in many other areas of the Teutoburg Forest, the storm forestry has caused severe damage whose removal will probably drag on for a long time.
