The Military Cemetery in Szczecin was created over several years, as for several years, after exhumation, the remains of Polish and Soviet soldiers were brought and buried. It is located in the so-called Main Axis of the Cemetery.
This cemetery, together with its surroundings, covers 4.8 hectares. An alley lined with a yew hedge runs through the middle, creating two parts: the Soviet part and the Polish part. On the right are the Soviet quarters, and on the left, the Polish ones.
