The tour seems to have been little used in the last few months. Totally overgrown on the approach. Man-high vegetation. No getting through without a machete. We turn around, despite wearing long pants. 2 other teams of 2 independent of us as well 😞

Hiking
The col can be reached very well on a T2 hiking trail. The path is steep, but without ropes or other aids. No problem for experienced hikers. The view up here is very impressive, as you have both a great view to the south and to the north. If you don't go any further to the summit here, you will be well rewarded for your efforts.

Update November 2025:
The access via the red-marked path is in very good condition, just as it was three years ago. No problems getting through.
However, I noticed a blue-marked path coming from below the red path. Perhaps this access is overgrown?
