The chapel is built on a rectangular plan with a gable roof covered with sheet metal. The roof is topped with a metal cross. In the recess in the top part there is a figurine - the Heart of Jesus. The chapel is closed with glass doors in the upper part. Above the door an inscription: Jesus, I trust in You!
Inside, there is a painting of Our Lady of Częstochowa and statues of saints decorated with flowers.
