The POLL-FABAIRE winery was founded between 1927 and 1930. The prestigious Art Deco building is the production site of the first Luxembourg Crémant brand POLL-FABAIRE. The Cave de Stadtbredimus is part of the Center d'élaboration des crémants Poll-Fabaire. It is one of the 6 caves of Domaines Vinsmoselle, which bring together 130 employees and 300 winegrower families who cultivate a total of more than 680 ha of vineyards.
