The Planina Cave (Slovenian: Planinska jama), formerly also the Small Castle Cave (Malograjska jama) after the Small Castle near its entrance, is one of the longest Slovenian water caves. It is a huge tunnel and the underground bed of the Unica River. It is located in Inner Carniola. Five hundred meters from the entrance to the cave, two underground rivers meet: the Pivka River, which flows from Postojna Polje through the Postojna Cave, and the Rak River, which flows from Rak Škocjan through the Weaver's Cave to the Planina Cave. This is one of the largest confluences of underground rivers in Europe. (Source Wikipedia)
