If you're looking for a village in a spectacular location, Reeth is it. High up on a plateau above the River Swale, there are views of hills and moors all around.

The 'Capital of Swaledale', Reeth hosts a two week music and arts festival every year. Friday is market day in the village and with a wide selection of independent shops its a great place to have a look around.

If its refreshments you need, there are bakeries, cafes, pubs and public toilets if you're just passing through. Plus the Yorkshire Dales National Park Visitors Centre.

Reeth is a great base for a trip to the Dales or a wonderful place to visit on a ride.
