On the village square of St.-Jozef-Olen is a pyramid-shaped copper monument. It was established in 1988 on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the parish. Employees of Union Minière, formerly Umicore, designed and built the monument. The copper plates of the monument depict the parish history and also the history of Union Minière / Umicore. You can also read the districts and hamlets that belong to the parish on the monument.
