According to the website of Cserepváralja, these rooms carved into the tufa under the castle were used for grain storage. Some have no entrance, just a vertical chimney - maybe they could have been filled in from here or has the original entrance collapsed since then? Be very careful in the area, especially with children due to the risk of falling, because the horns are not fenced!
