Balma del Sunyer de Baix

Retracing the perimeter of the Sunyer de Baix farmhouse below the balma, where there are some other annexed buildings, you can reach the next Sunyer de Baix balma, the most interesting point of the whole complex, by a path. They are the most important of the Collsacabra and the ones with the highest proportion of remains. At the main access door, sedimentation and the presence of organic animal remains should be noted because it is half buried. Next to it, an important spring with a trough, was the water point of this troglodytic carved balm. You can see the internal divisions, remains of windows and the horizontality of the stone with small stalactite formations. I suppose that the first farmers of Sunyer de Baix lived here. A beautiful visit to an unprecedented and unique place, without directions and away from tourism.
