Around the hill with the medieval church "Gospa od Karmena" (Mother of God of Karmen) near the small village Karmen are grouped several huge, ancient Mediterranean cypress trees. Some of them are even over 400 years old, and thus the oldest cypresses in Dalmatia !!! In former times, here too (supposedly) was an important assembly / judge place.
