Blockheide Tower

Great view, well-kept area - almost park-like.

The approximately 30 m high observation tower gives a beautiful view of the Gmünd Bay with its natural jewels. Admission € 3.50. Opening times May-September 10am-6pm, April and October 10am-5pm.The entrance fee is justified, since before the ascent you get through a ring-shaped, very beautifully designed information room, which contains the exhibition "The Birth of the Wackelsteine".The view from the top is very nice, in front of the lookout tower you can have a good rest in the restaurant opposite.
