The Hollersbach is created by the confluence of the Hüttenbach (also called Weißeneggbach) and the Seebach with its impressive Seebach waterfall south of the Ofneralm in the Hollersbachtal at over 1550 m above sea level. A. However, the state information system SAGIS - as well as the Franciscan cadastre from 1829/30 - indicates the Kratzenbergsee as the origin of the Hollersbach. The stream flows into the Salzach near Hollersbach.
