There's a shady bench that I overlooked for a long time, and it's very quiet because very few cars pass by. The climb is definitely worth it. The steep descent from Ettensberg is narrow and not the time to speed. With oncoming traffic, the steep and narrow switchback through the forest can be dangerous. On the other hand, the descent from Linsen is very beautiful. Along the gravel road to Hupprechts, deep rain gutters run across it, making it a terrible ride.
