It was founded by Pope Celestine V, who spent a lot of time there. The hermitage is very well preserved, unlike many others in the area. During the summer, it is open every day except Mondays. The rest of the year, it is only open on weekends.

Hiking

A wonderful old mystical hermitage dating back to the 13th century with significant history. Papast Celestine V founded it and has been here for many years. Partly very well preserved or restored.
