With a bit of luck, hobby model makers are launching some of their model boats and you can watch them sailing around. You are sure to come across a few water birds that have become accustomed to the presence of people and waddle curiously towards you. A district is being brought back to life
Younger visitors to the Mühlenteichpark have recently been able to enjoy a new playground with its own playhouse, which offers a wide range of play and educational activities for children up to the age of 12. Further attractive improvements to the possibilities for use around the pond are to follow. This could be integrated even more by providing direct access to the water. A redesign of the Mühlenteichpark would be just one of many small building blocks in the revitalization of the Brauhausviertel. The district, which is currently used primarily for commercial purposes, often has small-scale development, some of which has poor or even modernized buildings, as well as many vacant lots. In the next few years, a lively, urban district with a colorful mix of commercial, residential and green spaces is to be created here again.
