Paul Guggelmann, who died in 2022, was a Swiss artist who became known primarily for his "poetic machines." A large portion of these machines are owned by a foundation and can be seen at the Paul Gugelmann Museum in Schönenwerd. Gugelmann also created several mobile sculptures, mostly commissioned works, which can be seen in public spaces at various locations in Switzerland.
