Without hiking boots it is a no-go and definitely not an easy hike for all fitness levels. The descent described after the Panos summit is not possible. A dangerous scree field whose lower exit cannot be estimated. We then walked around the outside of the path (again unmarked) and from the descent in a scree crevice above Plaza Seline there were red markings. From then on it was possible - even with an animal 😉 if you have one.
