Cycling

The Nied is one of the few natural bodies of water. Apart from a few weirs, the Nied is barrier-free. The water is unofficially of bathing quality. From the mouth of the Nied to the Wackenmühle, there are good cycling and hiking trails on both sides through a beautiful, unspoilt landscape, which only a few roads cross over bridges.
